Privacy Policy

Cusp does not collect your data. There is no account, no server and no analytics. Everything you put into the app stays on your device.

What Cusp stores

The items you track — their titles, categories, dates, notes, costs and any photo you attach — are saved in Cusp's own storage on your iPhone. They are not transmitted to us, because there is nowhere for them to be transmitted to: the app has no server and makes no network requests of its own.

iCloud sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, your items are also stored in your own private iCloud account so they appear on your other devices. That data is held by Apple under your Apple Account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it and cannot read it.

Photos

If you attach a photo of a receipt or document, it is stored inside the app alongside the item. Cusp only ever accesses the specific images you choose. Photos are never uploaded anywhere.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally by your device. No push server is involved and no notification content leaves your iPhone.

Purchases

Cusp Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether a valid purchase exists; we never see your name, payment details or Apple Account. Purchase handling is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics and tracking

None. Cusp contains no analytics SDK, no advertising, no third-party trackers and no crash-reporting service. Nothing about how you use the app is recorded or shared, and no data is used to track you across other apps or websites.

Children

Cusp is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Deleting your data

Deleting an item in the app removes it. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. If you used iCloud sync, you can also remove Cusp's data from Settings › your name › iCloud. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for you to request from us and nothing for us to delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
